Annual Tooley Pond Rd. Waterfall Walk
If you haven't joined us in the past, please consider checking out these amazing waterfalls. Dr. Tom Langen and the St. Lawrence Land Trust will lead a family-friendly tour of waterfalls on Tooley Pond Road on Saturday, September 27th, just in time for the heart of the fall foliage. Participants should meet at the ADK Park sign on the western end of the Tooley Pond Rd. at 8:30 a.m. (about 1.5 miles up the road from Degrasse). The tour should be around 2.5 hours total. We will explore 4 different waterfalls along the road, weather and conditions permitting.
Harts Falls Clean Up Day
On Saturday September 20th from 10am to noon, join the St. Lawrence Land Trust to prep the trails for winter at our Hart's Falls Preserve. We'll clear trails and clean up any remaining summer debris. We'll have tools and equipment, but please bring gloves, and perhaps lunch to enjoy on the Falls. We've installed some new signage and improved the boardwalk - now we just need to do final mow and trimming to get everything just right for Fall. Everyone is welcome.
SLLT Harts Falls June Bird Walk
Join us Saturday, June 14th from 7:30 - 10 am, as Dr. Tom Langen, a longtime member of our board of directors, will lead a bird walk at our Harts Falls Preserve. The migrant birds are back, and all the residents birds are very active. To ensure all can hear and the birds aren’t disturbed, the walk is limited to 15 people. Please e-mail the St. Lawrence Land Trust (stlawlandtrust at stlawlandtrust.org) with your interest and how many plan to join.
Spring Wildflower Walk at Harts Falls
Spring wildflowers are in full bloom Harts Falls; join botanist Anne Johnson for an enjoyable springtime stroll around the St. Lawrence Land Trust property. Please register at stlawrencelandtrust@stlawrencelandtrust.org for more details. The trip will be limited to 15 people. Rain date June 8.

Bird Walk at Harts Falls
Bird walk at Harts Falls Saturday Sept. 28 at 8 am. Tom Langen, St. Lawrence Land Trust Board Member and professor at Clarkson University, will lead this walk to look for fall migrants and resident birds. Meet at the Preserve's parking lot at the intersection of Pink Schoolhouse Road and the Pyrites-Russell Rd. Volunteer Day at St. Lawrence Land Trust's Hart's Falls

To ensure all can hear and the birds aren't disturbed, the walk is limited to 15 people. Please RSVP to our email: stlawlandtrust@stlawlandtrust.org to reserve your spot. The walk is flat and about a mile long.
8th Annual State of the Rivers Talk
