Learn about important habitat components for birds, general forest ecology and how quality habitat can be created through certain forest management practices.
Join Derrick and Ember for an approximately 1 mile hike over varied terrain to enjoy and discuss local forests. The focus will be on discussing and demonstrating management principles from Audubon NY’s 'Managing Forests For Birds Landowner’s Guide'.
