1st Snow Fall for 2020 on Tug Hill
This was our 1st snowfall for 2020. The one thing I remember that day besides all the snow was all the creeks, beaver pond in the back and snow covered brush & trees. It was a beautiful view!
Peaceful Creek
I find this creek very relaxing especially when the colors are almost at their peak.
Winter Wonderland
We just got 8 inches of fresh snow which covered everything up making this creek even more beautiful.
Little bit of Blue Sky after Snow Storm
Once the snow settles after a good snow storm it is a good time to go exploring. I love to see little bit of blue sky peeping out through the clouds.
Geese getting ready to migrate south
I decided to explore the banks of Deer River in Copenhagen. I was just amazed how many geese were in the Deer River and that the geese just kept coming and coming. I guess they did not want to stay around for winter.
Where does the backroad take you in the Fall?
One of my favorite things to do in the fall is to explore the back roads on Tug Hill. I just love how the fallen leaves make an old dirt road beautiful.
Beaver Pond filled with Lilly Pads
This is one of my favorite places to stop for a bit and explore from the road as you never know what you will see wildlife, beautiful reflections in the pond to lily pads.
Bees on Leek Bloom
Just love the garden with all the insects and wonderful creatures!
Wasp on Flower
Wonderful photo in my garden. I was using an olloclip zoom lens.
Red Sky on Raquette River
Beautiful experience - it was very dark and the sky very red!!
