Bring your family and friends and enjoy the Thousand Islands Land Trust’s (TILT) annual celebration of open space and kickoff to summer. The Community Picnic features fascinating and fun exhibits from TILT’s conservation and community partners, which include environmental, cultural and community organizations from throughout the Thousand Islands region. Children’s games and activities (including a petting zoo and pony rides) will be available, and live music will keep your toes tapping. Classic picnic fare will include hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, and desserts and drinks will be served to wash it all down. Stay tuned for list of fabulous raffle items, donated by local businesses, to benefit land conservation and environmental education in the 1000 Islands. So we are sure to have enough for everyone.
