Water Snake

Snake was in a old stone wall almost a mile from Perch River marsh. I had previously seen it earlier in the week sunning partially out of a rock hole. Found it completely out today. At first I thought it was a Rat Snake, being so far from water. I learned they will den with Rat snakes and Copperheads - which are not native to our area.
