Mums in the Fall

One thing about Fall is that the flowers that I love in the Spring and Summer cannot survive early frosts and colder weather! But the Mums (short for Chrysanthemum) come out in full color - If you walk around the St. Lawrence University campus or down town you will see pots of these colorful flowers on door steps and outside of buildings. I love the color of these mums (fall foliage in flowers just like the trees!) that I found and really liked looking closely at the petal patterns. Do you see Mums around your house or in your neighborhood?
