The many different tree species of Stone Valley

The picture was taken in the Stone Valley trail in the Adirondacks. This trail is home to many different plant and animal species which is what makes this landscape photo so interesting. In this picture if you look very closely you can see many different tree species, deciduous and coniferous, oak and pine. This shows the thousands of different tree species in the Adirondacks. what is also interesting is that if you look closely at this picture you can see the the different ages of the trees, and also which trees have leaves and don't. By looking at this you can tell what type of tree species these are.
