Frogs in the Lower Great Range

My friends and I spent the day traversing through the lower great range in the Adirondack Park. It was a very long day, climbing over 6 mountains, 5 being high peaks. Near the beginning of our journey, we came across this little frog just relaxing on the side of the trail, there were a few more similar to this species, but we were not sure what species it actually is.
