Wellesley Island March 2017

Wellesley Island State Park has a large trail system and a very nice campground. The fact that it is a protected park means that there is lots of wildlife to be seen. In addition to the vultures I also saw martins, geese, hooded mergansers, squirrels, swans and various songbirds. It's definitely worth the trip. I can see myself visit again and again in the future.
